Union, Union Street

The Union closed as a Wilsons house in 1967, two years after it was photographed as shown above.  It sat on the corner of Renshaw Street and Union Street and had previously been a Renshaw & Cardwell house [1].  The location of the Union is roughly where Eyre Street is today, which in the past used to be Renshaw Street all the way up Epping Street to Stretford Road.
