A quick venture into this strange and rather uninviting pub, previously known as Bar Code, Squizzy Taylor's and Late Lounge, on the site of the old Yates's / Merchants, resulted in disappointment as we were informed that there was no ale and no stout. Faced with the choice of John Smiths Smooth, we left. May try again (if we can be arsed).
