Not too sure on the spelling of this one, but on Back Piccadilly between Oldham Street and Tib Street was a club called 'Gaetanos'. It was on the left hand side, possibly where this door was, opposite Sachas hotel (and its horrible Fridays bar) and adjacent to where the Bet Fred bookies is today.
