These bars were adjacent to Cellar Vie; the venue to the left hand side in the above shot becoming Tmesis in the 1990s. It was very much a youngster's hangout but the basement bar also hosted bands as well and there was even an art gallery attached to it.
It closed in the mid '00s and following a short spell as Audio Bar, it is now the exclusive Boutique club (not on our list).
