The Dolphin Inn was a Greenall Whitley house standing on the corner of Broughton Lane and Willow Street which was just off Bury New Road, north-west of Strangeways. Shown here in 1971, the Dolphin was a simple street corner pub which is still standing today, albeit as a shop.
